I'll post mine on wednesday when the beta is up again.  I have a very tall elf with dark gray skin and a purple hair and beard.    Actually, I haven't seen a lot of wacky avatars on there, I guess people mostly make people that are kind of realistic looking.

Not me!

I was surprised to see so many "basic" characters too! My original (that didn't save for some reason) was a grey Miqo'te with purple hair and it looked pretty neat. x)

For some weird reason Lallafels are really popular on other game communities? I chose a boring Hyur (Human). I'll put up a pic later.

Haha when my girlfriend and I were going through the races, she loled when she saw the Lallafel. I'm surprised they're so popular. Three cheers for Miqo'te!

Lallafels scare me. They're everywhere and they're multiplying. Seriously, there are tons of Lallafells everywhere. Everywhere!

Do you have your keyboard ready?

Gah, I'm catsitting for my girlfriend's aunt! No keyboard for me. ;_; I'll go splunking in this house though. xD

Hey, I'm a Lalafell!

I find them cute!

What race is that? I don't recall all the race classes in FF. Is it any different from the original before this beta?

It's a Miqo'te. They're lil' cat people. Well, not so little I guess, but... gah! *pinches cheeks*

MMOs, I'm semi-curious about FFXIV RR but I'm not sure if want to committ to another MMO on the PS3. But I hear good things about it.

I suggest signing up for the beta because it's free. If you decide later on that you want to  play it, you will have to pay for the game and also subscribe.

Agreed 100%!
