Today I went out and bought a Nintendo 3DS XL!!! I've been saving up for 3 months, and I was able to get the brand-new black 3DS (which was just released this last Sunday)! I'm so excited! The game I bought was Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, which I have heard tons of good things about. There are some good games on the virtual console as well that I plan on getting. Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know about this wonderful day for me. The last time I bought a new system was way back in 2006 (the wii), so today is a big day for me.
Congrats im sure you will love it i have heard great things, and great choice of games.
Thanks.
Awesome!!! I picked up one this week as well, red though. Today has been torture. I just got into the groove of things with Fire Emblem, and am counting down the hours until I can play it again.
What agony! It was torture for me to wait until I could buy the thing.
Okay, guys. Here is my 3DS friend code: 3024-5896-6130.
Go ahead and share yours if you like so I can have some friends!
What an awesome device the 3DS is and the great games are now legion. Have fun!
It is awesome. And I was looking at the 3DS virtual console games, and WOW, there are a lot of great games! I already bought two!
yay! congrats on your new handheld!
Thanks.
Sweet! My 3DS XL has gotten a ton of use this year. I hope to get Luigi's Mansion sometime. Let us know what you think!
And what Virtual Console games did you get?
Well so far, Luigi's Mansion is awesome! Great game, and the 3D is sooooo cool! As for VC, I got Shantae and Kirby's Dreamland 2, both really fantastic games. I'm surprised that VC has a lot of really good games. Nintendo once again will be taking my money for a long time.
I bought Shantae too! I've only played the first level so far but I like it
I've also picked up the two Zelda Oracle games.
Both of them? Wow! I'm definitely gonna get one of those too.
Well, see, I bought Shin Megami Tensei IV and then Nintendo starting offering a free $30 eShop credit if you registered both SMT IV and Fire Emblem: Awakening. So we picked that up too (not sure when I'll get to that lol), got those VC games, and still have a little credit left
Yay! Go get Animal Crossing!
Ah yes, the game that is sweeping the 3DS market by storm right now. Perhaps later; right now I'm delving into Luigi's Mansion 2.
