Apparently Deep Down is a mixture of Dak Souls and Assassins Creed from what the new trailer revealed. We all now where to a degree Dark Souls is possiably coming in some what but Assassins Creed?
The assassins creed thing is coming in with the setting being set so far in the future and the mention of memories. I dont know how much of it will take from both or even if it truely does. Right now I more hesitant then ever to get high hopes for this game. At first I was excited but now Im not so sure, of course I got excited because I thought while it might not be a sequel to Dragons Dogma it might be similar. Dont feel that way so much anymore. Im gonna keep an eye on the title for now. Maybe with time it can give me more hope.

I don't see the Assassin's Creed comparison, but it looks totally Dark Souls which is likely to make this a system seller for me.
Everyone says in the game you visit memories of the past from items. Thats where I think the assassins creed comes in. Ive jsut seen it mentioned alot and I kind of see a point for it.

I already got a ton of reasons to have my ps4 :P But I hope this gives a few more people reason to.
It's an online game and it's more like Monster Hunter and Dragon's Dogma (both of which are already quite similar) mashed together, not much like Assassin's Creed or Dark Souls (except in the art) from what I've seen and heard from it. I'm not interested in it for now, I want a strong single player game and Dark Souls 2 will be better for that when it comes out. I've always been interested to check out Monster Hunter and this looks to be that kind of game, so when I get a PS4 in a couple years or so I might check it out.
It'll be playable for the first time coming up at TGS so that'll be when the freshest information comes out on its online structure and gameplay. Most fantasy online rpgs don't interest me, but maybe this one could be neat.
