Had I not already picked up Spelunky a while back I would have grabbed it during this awesome sale.  I already downloaded Killzone Mercenary, Thomas was Alone and Sly Cooper.

yeah I almost bought Sly Cooper but then I figured I would never really play it, even though I am curious about it.  It's so damn cheap!

Looks like I have more to add to my list of 'stuff I'd get if I had the time and money, but mostly money'. Which reminds me that I need to actually write that list down sometime.

yeah that pile of shame must grow ever larger!

I'll check it out. I need a PS4.

you and me both.

And a 3DS.

What platform did you grab Spelunky on, Matt?

Vita, I think it was $3.75 with PS+.

Cool, you'll be able to do the daily challenge on the Vita if you end up interested in that mode. $3.75 is a pretty nice deal.

Good picks of games from PixlBit.  I wrote a blog about my best games of 2013 a while back if anyone's interested in reading that.

I know, you gave it to New Leaf!

I'm actually excited about Lightning Returns! The more action based gameplay and job-switch system have me rather intrigues. Don't get me wrong. I like the turn based strategy battle systems of the olden days but then again, I've always been a beat em up/Hack & Slash fan too!

yeah me too.  Unfortunately they pullled the demo or something, because it wasn't up today.  I'm going to check again now though to see if it's back up

I haven't played any games on Pixlbit's GOTY list. It was a nice surprise to see so many Nintendo titles though. I get sick of all the gloom and doom surrounding Nintendo on other gaming websites. I got Spelunky off Steam. It seems pretty cool so far.

yeah, me too, Abobo.  I haven't played these games but I hope to soon.

I want to read it but I'm afraid I might find "The Last of Us" as number 1. And I don't want to go into nerd rage again =(

don't worry.....
