To be fair, a few of those are references and charts and i probably wrote more like 25, but those charts took a while to figure out and those references took some leg work, so I'm counting them and fuck you.
In fact, fuck everyone, especially Santa. I just finished the next worst thing I have ever written, which is the theme of my grad school career. The next worst thing I ever write will be whatever I do for grad school next. Hell, I'm still not sure I'm interpreting the results of my pilot study correctly after an entire semester of statistics.
Y'know what? I don't fucking care. If I end up failing grad school and wind up homeless with a ton of debt, I just don't care anymore. There's always options. Like suicide for example.
So Hallelujah and holy shit, where's the Tylenol?! Fuck my thesis.
Shut up and go eat a sugar cookie.
Seriously though, I'm sure you'll do fine. I think grad school exists to make people crazy. Since I have enough crazy, I decided to forgo grad school, and besides, I don't really need it for my chosen career.
I have diabetes. I mean I don't, but I do because of grad school. So the cookie suggestion was offensive.
In that case, eat two!
ah, you'll be alright man, but I do have to admit that sounds like an arduous paper to write. I can't really handle stuff like that and thus, no grad school for me. But you seem to be doing alright. It's understandable you're second guessing your work and place at school, but I think you're doing a fine job.
Yeah, this is my attitude about every paper I turn in, which is why I keep waiting for my shitty expectations to become true. This might be the one ... we'll see. lol
That's pretty rough, which is exactly why I figured grad school wouldn't be my thing.
It was mostly the stats that got me and might lead to a not-so-stellar grade, even though I'll probably have an A in my actual stats class.
I actually had the 20 pages or so of research paper done before this semester.
Just hold there Joe. Who knows if it'll turn bad or the other way around.
Turn the beat arooooound. Something something somethiiiiiing.
I managed to skip out on my final thesis for my college English major. Not intentionally though. I kinda lost it in my last year and spent the next few years doing therapy. Then I went back and did a creative writing paper, for which I won an award, to finish my credits. The perfect scam, if I had actually planned it.
Right now I kinda feel like I'm in a grad program. I read a lot, then write a bunch of stuff, spend a lot of time in the library doing research and communicating with fellow "students" (you all). All I need now is some sort of career to happen and the simulation will be complete.
Funny, I lost it and did a lot of therapy stuff my first semester of grad school.
Well, that's good. Get the panic out early.
Love that Christmas Vaction line!
Congrats on the BS. Probably very good training for the workplace.
Hopefully. Wouldn't want to be one of those people unemployed with a Master's degree.
Glad you finished up bro!
And, fuck you too!

You know Santa had the big beard before it was cool so he's a Hipster, and BLAME THE HIPSTERS! Glad you finished the paper man!
... Since you mention it, I think much of your music library would be considered coal to hipsters.
Haha thanks man! Turns out it was worth it, since I got an A, but I'm not fooled by that. Lots of work to be done here.
Dang it, those Hipsters are ruining everything, and now invading my iPod.
I mean, I have Sum 41, Green Day and some other 90s/early 2000s "classics" CDs in my Case-It CD holder that I'm sure hipsters would scoff at ... unless I get points for them being CDs, but I think hipster math only counts vinyls. I'll get back to you.
I was wondering when this day would come. Hit that thesis wall way back. Just make sure to BURN THAT THESIS when you get it back.
It helped release me and it sounds like you need that kind of release.
Because there are just times when you just want to watch the whole thesis burn....
