You know how to do a folksy dance, right?

From: Zelda: Majora's Mask

Remixed by: Docjazz4, FunkyEntropy, Theophany, XPRTNovice

This song is really cool. It's like a real-life version of the town from Majora's Mask is having a celebration about not getting destroyed by the moon. It's all acoustic instruments but what really bumps the immersion up is the ambient noise, like people talking indistinctly in the background. It's not always present and is never distracting. It just adds an element of realism to the song that the quality of the instruments bear out. It's like a little celebratory festival. And I, for one, would love to go.

Oh, this is cool!  I keep telling my folkie friends that video game soundtracks are a great untapped market, but most of them look at me like I have two heads. *shrug* Their loss.

Sounds like a band playing in the middle of a fair. Very cool.

Nice song. I noticed you got Majora's Mask on 3DS. I've been going back and forth over that game. I have the N64 version on the Gamecube Collection, but never could finish it due to the damn time limit. I also couldn't help but notice you got Hard Corps. Uprising. Laughing

I have Majora's Mask on that GameCube collection too but that game is so ugly lol. My wife wanted to get the 3DS version but I'm glad to have it. Now maybe I'll play it. And yeah, I bought Uprising on your recommendation Smile
