I just found out this exists and I want everyone to know about it: https://ogn.theonion.com/
I knew about the Onion, but didn't realize they have a dedicated gaming wing.
Damn, the Onion is so great. "systems to be thrown in the goddamn garbage where they belong", lol.
I've been reading these Time/Life history books like, This Fabulous Century and came across an Onion book called This Dumb Century. I had to read it. F'n great! Loved it!
I haven't seen that quote yet. I want to read whichever article that's from.
It's from the article you linked to.
I seriously thought that link went to the main page of their gaming section that was just the latest joke headlines, cause that's where I ended up somehow. lol Shows how much I pay attention.
I saw their article about how lame Bethesda's show was. That was funny. Love the Onion.
My personal favorite headlines are the one about how hard Bethesda worked on Fallout 76 and the one about how gamers just didn't understand the vision for Anthem "needing to come out in past fiscal year."
Bahaha! Just looking through the headlines is great!
The one about polar bears dying before next Metroid Prime got me.
