That happened to me 2 years ago. I spent so much time on the phone with them. They had no idea what the issue was, so I ended up just mailing my returns in and crossing my fingers. Somehow it ended up working out.

At least you got people on the phone. I go through a hellish menu just to get hung up on when i get to the "yes asshole, i need to speak to a human!!!!" part.
