Was there any real doubt that Xenoblade was coming stateside?

Last Friday, Nintendo of America announced that the Nintendo faithful and loyal supports of Operation Rainfall would be granted one of their longstanding wishes with the stateside release of heralded RPG Xenoblade Chronicles this upcoming April.  The news came at a precarious time for Nintendo. With Skyward Sword having been released this past month, Nintendo’s upcoming release schedule was looking just a little more than barren.

Kinect Disneyland Adventures Review

Confirmed: navigating 3D space with Kinect is miserable.

Without ever having been to Disneyland, I can only assume that Frontier has done a spectacular job recreating the iconic park. The virtual representation of the park seems to have everything covered, straight down to themed garbage cans, benches, and vending carts. Despite all the effort, it's held back at every turn by the peripheral that should be immersing you. The fact of the matter is, the Kinect controls are cumbersome and unnecessary and often just don’t work right.

New Xbox Update Removes Netflix Party, Prohibits Class Action Lawsuits

Microsoft's problems with the new dashboard continue.

As the new dashboard for the Xbox 360 is introduced to millions of gamers, some changes are upsetting users. IGN is reporting that the Party feature in the Netflix app is no longer there. This feature used to allow Xbox Live subscribers to hang out with their friends' Avatars while watching a movie or show on Netflix. Microsoft offered this statement about the feature's removal:

Sledgehammer Hiring for New Call of Duty

Wanted: One Employee For The Biggest Franchise In Video Games.

A job listing on Gamasutra reveals that Sledgehammer Games is looking for a Senior Online Engineer for work on an upcoming title in the Call of Duty series. It is unknown what the next installment in the franchise will be but some rumors suggest a sequel to Black Ops. The listing originally redirected to Activision's site but that has been pulled, although the job listing remains.

Rumor: Sazh to Appear in Final Fantasy XIII-2 DLC?

The weathered gunslinger isn't in the main story.

It’s difficult to believe that we’re less than two months away from the U.S. release of Final Fantasy XIII-2, especially when you consider that it isn’t part of the infamous Fabula Nova Crystalis initiative that was announced long before XIII came out. We’re still waiting on Final Fantasy Versus XIII to be in playable form, but this direct sequel to the divisive entry in the long-running series is almost here. GameStop Leaks Assassin's Creed DLC

The DLC is called the Mediterranean Travelers Pack.

Gamestop keeps on leaking upcoming products...and here's the latest. Set for a January 24, 2012 release, new downloadable content for Assassin's Creed Revelations is coming and it's called the Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack, according to Destructoid. GameStop's listing has it retailing for $9.99.

New Xbox Dashboard Launch Plagued With Problems

The new update was a shaky one.

The rollout of the new Xbox 360 Dashboard has been rough. After being delayed until late last night, various problems have been reported by Xbox 360 users. Microsoft's Major Nelson stated on his twitter account that Microsoft is working on fixing the problems users are having. As of now, it appears that most, if not all of the issues have been resolved.
