Well at least I'm feeling better. My headache is gone for the most part, with only a minor twinge of pain here and there. It's actually an improvement, considering how long this kind of headache usually lasts.

Still didn't get much sleep, though. At least this time it was more due to my being restless than how I was feeling. I have a messed up sleeping pattern anyway from years of staying up late, so aside from my eyes feeling pretty tired, I'm confident I won't make a complete fool of myself when I face the icy condtitions outside later, it's just walking after all. What could possibly go wrong? He says while trying to forget years of akward coordination and all around clumsiness.

Anyways, for anyone potentially curious about my writing, prepare to have it satisfied (and possibly crushed) with this (Part1 Part2 Part3)! It's just one of the many ideas that are bouncing around in my head, though admittedly it's an almost seven-year old version of it. Also please forgive the errant bits of text as the years have not been kind to the majority of my old 1up blogs, as well as it's overall cruddiness.

For other examples of my writing, I would have recommended my little contributions to certain 1up clubs (anyone remember those?), but those got seriously messed up over the years. It's a shame, because even though they're pretty much dead now, I would have liked to be able to still read the work a bunch of people a lot more talented than I came up with.

Ok, bye.

Glad you are feeling a bit better. I used to write a lot when I was younger. At one point I considered a career in journalism. That dream along with everything I wrote is gone now.

Really? Considering how much of a packrat I am with my writing ideas, I can't help but find that to be a little sad.

I used to dream of being a doctor, but I soured on that once I realized I couldn't stand the sight of someone else's blood.

I couldn't afford college so after one semester I dropped out. I used to walk around with a binder full of stories and poetry. I did that for 3 years and then one night I left it in a pub and when I went back to get it the thing was gone.

aw.  it's never too late to start again, Mothman!  I haven't been writing lately, but I'm patient about it.... unless I'm killed horribly all of the sudden, I look forward to spending my old age crafting sci fi novels.

I remember trying to join clubs on 1UP. It was so dead when I got there though, recent posts were like a year old.

Yeah, if memory serves a lot of the clubs died when 1up decided to merge it's forum and clubs servers a bunch of years back, with the weird decision to lock all clubs message boards as well. Which was terrible news to those clubs whose creators were long gone by that point, since only they could unlock them.
