So with my 30th birthday passing by I think I can safely say that I feel old, but then my backaches might be caused by sleeping oddly in bed. For my birthday I dined at a couple of restaurants with my folks, though we did a couple because one was off one with the other working that day and vice versa on the next. As for games I actually managed to get two (with 20 of the $25 from one of my aunts and uncles, plus a $10 from the folks, going to my eshop and the remaining $5 going to Steam): Shantae: The Pirates Curse and The Blackwell Legacy. As I have said in the edit of my last blog I couldn’t really beat Fire Emblem Awakening over the weekend because I would be going up against literally armies of game combatants, so I just booted up some games instead of forcing myself to win a lengthy war.
I haven’t done any projects this week because I ended up sleeping for the whole evening when I tried to take one hour naps (old age?) but I will work on a couple this week: the major project I plan on doing is setting up my network so I can access any file from all our PCs. A few other minor projects include my little Steam project with my laptop and public testing my Minecraft Portable Flash Drive. I don’t have any plans of testing the drive at the library at the moment because the weather is a little too harsh. That, and I don’t have a lab.
I was talking to State_Alchamist about a possible art studio for herself and I thought to myself: if I could I would try to arrange my room to make a tech lab. I may have to lose the flat screen box TV and hook everything up on the living room TV (though I need to clean the inside of the screen since Dad mocked it up. It’s kind of hard to not notice.) but if I could rearrange my room and find a way to get another computer set up in there I could have a lab going, doing tech stuff I couldn’t do as a kid. Maybe one day.

I'm still bitter that Nintendo doesn't have the Eshop on Colombia yet, so no Shantae and or Game Boy VC for me :(
The first Blackwell game is currently on my wishlist. Hope to maybe grab it on sale.
Yeah I got the whole bundle in a gog sales for a couple of bucks. It contains 4 games. Steam has it for 22 bucks at the moment. Gotta love those GOG sales.
I've been meaning to buy something from them but I always tend to mooch their free games.

I want to play Shantae Pirate's Curse real soon. I may get a Wii-U to play it on the big screen.
It's compatible for the Wii U as well?
It's a downloadable only title for both 3DS and Wii-U.
