I'm on PSN and I see Capcom Arcade Cabinet on sale for $7.49. Reading the description it says:
Play all 17 available games. NOTE: 'Capcom Arcade Cabinet' is required to play. Please purchase after downloading 'Capcom Arcade Cabinet'. This includes content that are the same as the individual game or the previous pack releases. If you purchase this pack, all the individual titles do not need to be purchased. Please be careful to not make double purchases.
They're just saying to buy the pack and not individual games in it.
PSN doesn't do phrase good well too.

hell-o-oh!
Neat. I have a handful of the games in that pack from the Xbox 360 version. Pretty cool that you can get all of them for one price. That description is confusing. Sounds a bit like a shaky translation.
I conidered getting that but it doesn't tell you in the description what the games actually are and I figured I probably wouldn't end up playing them much anyway
I saw this sale last week. It looked like a good purchase for folks who are fans of the games and wanted to play them on the PS4.
