As of last week, I'm on day shift hours and it's been pretty sweet. The only thing is that I've been gettting allergies almost every day (either from these buildings or something in the air) and when I get home all I want to do is take some allergy medicine, lie on the sofa and dose off. It's been pretty busy this past week. My summer work mostly consists of moving furniture out of classrooms, stripping the wax off of the floors and putting down new wax, in addition to regular cleaning of key areas where staff is still showing up during the summer. Luckily I'm not doing all of that by my lonesome but it doesn't mean it's still not exhausting.

Did you like Dungeon Defenders? Well, Kotaku released an investigation behind the company that made DD, Trendy Entertainment. I'm not a Trendy employee, but due to some things I probably can't talk about, I don't believe I could talk about the issue. Suffice to say, I do live in Gainesville, Florida, the headquarters of Trendy, and I've experience with the studio, albeit it very light experience. Anyway, I thought it would be relevant to start a post about this article. Do I believe it's accurate? No comment, I suppose. Do I believe people should know it exists and that it's something people should openly share? Absolutely, yes.
Well Im yet again at a sleep war with myself. Which I cant to say is super bad, I feel time passes me by faster at night and Im ready for it to be Sunday already. Its so close now! I actually went today and paid off my AC Bundle and as well paid off The Last Of Us SE so after Sunday Ill be waiting for that release which got a midnight release here. Ill be def going to that to get my copy.
Microsoft paying Third-Party publishers from showing PS4 games on stage or floor?
Yesterday Microsoft made clarifications and revelations on aspects of their next console’s online functions and used games policy. This new information serves as confirmation that all of our worries were indeed reality
Now that my senior year is officially over, I can get back to things that matter...video games.
So I saw this video the other day and thought I would share it with you guys. It's an interview with Charles Martinet, the voice of Mario. Since Super Mario 64, Mario has had the most iconic voice in video gaming. Martinet explains why he chose to do Mario's voice in the style he has, along with many other aspects of voice acting. But this man is talented; not only does he do Mario's voice, he also does the voices of Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi. Thanks to Martinet, Mario has been given a very down-to-earth, fun-loving charm. I can't imagine Mario with any other voice (and I love Luigi's voice too). Enjoy the video, guys.
I've spent the week moving into a new apartment. Because the new place is only two and a half blocks from our current apartment, my girlfriend and I have decided to save a little bit of money by only paying movers to transport the furniture and other large items. That means that my girlfriend and I have been walking all of our small and loose stuff over ourselves. Allow me to translate- I've been making trip after trip to the new apartment while my girlfriend paces around the apartment, stressed that we aren't going to get everything done before the closing date. I need to rage for a moment about Microsoft and how they have been annoying me.
It looks like the final entry in the Crystallis saga will allow Lightning to move around enemies in battle and utilize a clothes swap mid battle system like that of Final Fantasy X-2 dresspheres. I also noticed a tail being sliced off of one of the enemies after staggering similar to the Valkyrie Profile or Resonance of Fate Tri-Ace games battle systems. Not too surprising since they did work on FFXII-2. This new games looks like FF13-2 plus FF 10-2 dresspheres.
I've also noticed a lot of negativity around this game and it's existance. Just reading comments on a youtube channel or forum. If not interested in this game, why go and vent hatred for something you don't care about anyway? I feel like I'm alone in anticipation for this game. I'm curious to know what Pixlbits feelings are regarding Lightning Returns. I for one enjoyed the series and find the new direction refreshing. Am I crazy?
One area of concern is if you are only playing as Lightning the whole game, minus party of characters or pokemons, it might get a bit repetative.

So i have been on quite a buying spree late, so i picked up Too Human today for $3 and it got decent ratings so i grabbed it.
I don't know about you, but I love NES music! Of course, the NES did not allow for authentic sounding instrument samples, so instead we got chippy sounds, yet that kind of music can still be enjoyable. There are so many great NES themes, but I've broken it down to 8 of my favorites. I've left out some of the obvious ones that everyone knows (such as the Super Mario Bros. and Legend of Zelda themes), but I'm sure you've heard most or all of these here.
