I finished The Cave Tuesday afternoon and by finish I mean I got the last achievement. So really, I finished the game about seven times. That's 56 levels because each playthrough has eight levels. You would think that would be boring but it's not because three of those eight levels are character specific so three levels are always different depending on which three characters you choose at the beginning. Repeat plays are definitely not boring. Once I knew each puzzle well, I tried to figure out the fastest way to finish each one.
Like a sheep I follow, blindly exposing my self. It seems only fair as so many others are doing it!
Sometimes I feel like a complete idiot. I hate how things that I would have thought very simple tend to escape me. Since I have a small desire to hate computers and the internet, I think that the internet hates me a little. So, I do not have a picture, but I have a link to a picture. Of course, it is from my wife's facebook, because I do not have one....
Oh my, it's been a while since I posted anything right? School and stuff has been the major limiting factor of my blogging abilities.
Well LeeRadical22 (I think that's right) has started this so now it's time to uphold my part of the bargain...
Oh Pixlbit, I thought for this week, instead of a long drawn out blog about why I played/liked/hated game X, I decided to bring a little something form the former home (no disrespect), and we’re going with the quick hit tidbits of what’s been going on.
Hello Pixlbit peeps! Hope things are swell and rad for all. Been reading everyones blog that I have missed and sorry I didn't comment on any I sadly didn't know how to comment on all 100+ messages I had seen. Been noticing everyone doing that photo thing....so I figured I would join in the frey of it!
All the cool kids are doing this, so I thought I’d jump the band wagon as well! I suppose this is a nice way to not only get my pretty mug-shots out to you all, but I also don’t think I ever really introduced myself here at Pixlbit either.
So i figured and this is only optional but we all are on here not just talking about games but life to. So i figured it would be neat to post a pic of yourself to put a face to a gamertag and its so funny cause you never picture the name to a face and keep in mind this is only optional,so i will gey it rolling with me my real name is Rodney and this is leeradical42
Well, just like the Things I Have Been Doing blog, here's another series from 1up making a return to Pixlbit.
I have to apologize for the hiatus again. Everytime I think I able to come back and start writing, I get caught up with school or track. It really hasn't been that long but to me it seems like its been light years since I posted something. Hopefully since its finals week and about to go on summer break, I'll get a lot more time to post and game a little more than I have been.
A heads up to everyone that XCOM Enemy Unknown is on sale today on Steam for $13.59. I put this on both my Steam and Amazon wishlists just last week so am delighted for the sale so soon. Everything I’ve heard about the game points to a great experience so I’m really looking forward to jumping in after work.
In honor of the release of the upcoming new Star Trek movie, and my review of the new Star Trek game (posting later this week at GamerDad.com), here’s a list of my top five favorite Star Trek characters!
I think I brought up using Flexi Compras in a previous blog but just in case Ill do a refresh. Im using a place called Flexi Compras for paying on my computer. They are a rent to own company like Aarons or Rent A Center. I love using them because their prices seem more reasonable and depending on what store you go to that has them you have a better product selection. In my area there mostly in Wal Marts. There is a few Best Buys that have them but mine sadly doesnt have one yet. I am using Flexi to own my computer. Im one of those people that it can be hard to save up to own tyhings. I can do it, dont get me wrong but if I can find another way to do it, I will, lol! Flexi has always been a nice service for me so Im happy to use them for stuff like this. They always have nice staff and people that will work with you. Im currently using them to own my PC but Im thinking of switching to a laptop. I miss being able to transport my computer, not to mention I dont have a proper comp chair so it can be painful to sit around. If I however had a laptop then a few of those problems will be fixed. However I need a really good/decent one. I found one that I can choose to switch to since they allow you to change products after your third payment if you find something else you would rather have. Im past my third payment now and I think a laptop will be more of a benefit for me. I found one that I think I might change to, I just want a few opinions. I need something I can use to game on. My gaming needs arent big big because I play anything thats on consoles on the PS3 so if I game on my PC its PC only stuff. I currently play WOW and the Sims 3 mostly. Do you think this laptop could handle my gaming needs, or no?
That is all. I would do a "mothers in gaming" blog, but I honestly can't think of any off the top of my head, unless there's a game where Zelda gets pregnant.
