Didn’t spend much during the Steam Summer Sale, though with the “profit” I’ve made off of the Summer Trading Cards I got Saturday Morning RPG (no soundtrack) and Overlord. Didn’t play Overlord yet but I’m sure it would be fun (considering I had fun with Pikmin). I did play a bit of Saturday Morning RPG and for some reason I got a Paper Mario vibe from it, but with sprites instead of “paper.” It’s great but at the moment I have a bit of a problem with the controls, or at least with the button display on the screen. I’ve been playing the game with my Logitech F310 and it works just fine with the 360 setting in the game. Problem starts when I enter a battle. During and after a battle the labels change to keys instead of the XYAB buttons. I’ve already posted this in the game’s discussion under a pinned thread but it seems as though the game has a bit of problems with controllers in general. I’ll resort to keyboard if I have to but I don’t want to because this sort of game is easy with a controller.

Didn’t find any games at Goodwill this time (and we didn’t go to the Nostalgia Thrift Store where I got MH4U and Riviera because we just paid the rent with my insurance coming up next) but since I’m into figures I got a new pet turtle for $4.

Normally I’m a Raphael kind of fan but I can related to old Donatello as well (at least in the smartest person within a group kind of relate to). I might get the other three for the set but considering how expensive they are (I really do consider $9-$10 expensive for plastic) I might take my time.

And with Pokemon Go now somewhat live I’ve been more hyped for Pokemon to a point I’m reforming my battle box team on AlphaSapphire. The box was more on offensive but I’m reworking it so I have a bit more of range of tactics, with a trick or two. This may be the first time for a battle box team I will have two Pokemon that can Mega Evolve, with my other team on X having one (that being my sweeper Blaziken).

saturday morning RPG is pretty cool but a bit low budget.

I loved Overlord. I'm assuming it's the first game in the series you got.

It's the first one (it's just called Overlord, right?). Think this will be another game I'll use a controller for, if that's not as glitchy.

I so want to play that game again. "It's the Overlord!" I hear that line spoken by the minions in the game in my head all the time. Maybe I should enter middle management?
