Heads up on any Xbox 360 Bundle package?? Something that you may not know??

So long story short, my older brother wanted to get another xbox 360 cause he said his other xbox was making way too much noise lol. So I happen to help him find a deal. A xbox 360 bundle that came with 2 games. Forza 4 and Skyrim! Not too bad!! Bought it online got the xbox, helped him transfer his old stuff to his new xbox, For helping him out, he gave me Forza 4 game!!

Now..I have been wanting to play this game for awhile now..I just loved the 3rd one, so this one was a must have!! Just was waiting for it to drop in price. It also does not help that I have a backlog, so even if I got it, I would not be able to play it for awhile.

Now, I start looking at the game...And see something forza 4 essentials edition?? What is this..is this some game of year edition that has more content in the game??? NOOO!!!! The exact opposite?? I kid you not!!

On the cover it says that they handpicked the best 320 cars??? According to who?? So forza 4 has over 500 cars..So this version is a downgrade version..Say what?? Can you believe that??

1) Disc 2: Car pack 2001-2005 (400 MPs)

2) Disc 2: Car pack 2006-2011 (400 MPs)

3) Disc 2: Car pack 1950-2000 (400 MPs)

After you do that...then you pretty much have the full complete version as it should.

This was on my mind, just cause i was debating on just sucking it up, and buying the cars..But nah..I will pass and just get the true version, Forza 4 and not Forza 4 Essentials Edition!

So if you happen to have in the market for a new xbox 360 bundle, and saying to yourself..Man forza 4 plus skyrim..good deal man..Just giving you a heads up!! It is not the full version..It is a shame I tell you!

PS:

Skyrim is a online code thing..So you download the game..No retail version!!!

2nd blog and hope to keep this going..I had a itch to write something..and this was just on my mind at the moment gaming wise, thanks guys and comment if you can?? What do you think of this??

when i got my 360 3 weeks ago i got the same bundle but i was aware of the essentials eddition and digital skyrim but no skin off my back I own the physical copy of skyrim and not getting forza 4 again but even though its the same price as the xbox 360 s by itself so its really no big deal unless you were getting the bundle for forza but hell you can get it at gamestop from 20 to 30 bucks.

Agreed, it is a good deal at the the end of the day. Also plan getting the full version as well.

I already have Skyrim on the PS3, so in order to get another 360, I would need an exclusive title that I'm interested in. Otherwise, I would just wait a few years down the line to get one for really cheap. Getting a 360 is not a very great desire for me at this time, but I would definitely be interested in finding a good deal.

I'm not sure how I feel about the "essentials" edition. It seems kinda shady in a way. I know it's better than nothing but it would annoy me if I bought it

It was for a good price..I think my brother got it for like 240 for everything!! Not too bad.
