ESRB listings point to a PS2 Classics release.
Two ESRB listings have leaked what appear to be upcoming PlayStation 3 rereleases of Grand Theft Auto 3 and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Neither Rockstar nor listed publisher Sony have announced anything, though this is the second time in 2012 the two games have been listed by the ESRB, following a similar leak back in January.
A simple game is not a classic game.
The trend of retro style games the last several years is something I can normally support, at least when game makers actually figure out how to capture what made old games so great. 99Seconds tries to harness the magic that kept early gamers rolling quarters into cabinets, constantly vying to get their name in the top ten. Although 99Seconds appears to be on to something at first, spending time with the game reveals that there is no real hook and it fails to instill the desire to wear your thumb raw for the sake of a high score.
The free extended ending is right around the corner.
The long awaited DLC that is meant to clear up and expand upon the controversial endings to Mass Effect 3 is on the horizon. Due out Tuesday, June 26, the Extended Cut DLC will expand upon the ending that left so many people in an uproar for weeks after the initial release of the game.

Bigger and Better 3DS Model Due this August.
Confirming rumors that were started shortly before their E3 press conference, Nintendo has finally unveiled the Nintendo 3DS XL during last week's Nintendo Direct presentation. This new handheld, that will retail in the U.S. for $199.99, is a bigger and more efficient version of the original Nintendo 3DS, similar to the DSi XL’s improvement over the DSi.
A listing on Xbox.com revealed the impending release.
Lately Sega has made a habit of digitally re-releasing several games from their last home console, the Sega Dreamcast. Titles like Crazy Taxi and Sonic Adventure are available on numerous digital platforms and Jet Grind Radio is on the way as well. However, it now looks like Sonic Adventure 2 will be added to that list.
An awkward interface and limited functionality hinder this otherwise creative music game.
Playing Jam Live Music Arcade distinctly reminded me of my time with the DS title, KORG-DS 10 Plus. While the two aren’t exactly the same, Jam Live Music Arcade provides the ability to play with song arrangements using a variety of samples, encouraging players to creatively jam out. However, Jam Live Music Arcade makes the mistake of cramming in an uninspired arcade mode that needlessly mimics the popular rhythm games of this generation, like Guitar Hero and Rock Band.
The next title from Platinum Games is being pushed back.
Last month, it was confirmed that Anarchy Reigns, the next title from Platinum Games, was being delayed in the western markets. How long that delay would be wasn't made clear at the time. Sega has now confirmed that we won't be seeing the title in western markets until Q1 2013.
