Things are starting to pick up for me as far as reviewing games goes. We’re getting closer to the Christmas season so hopefully I can continue the momentum in the next few months! Anyway, so here’s another batch of reviews I’ve written lately over at GamerDad.com. Please read as many as you can, and maybe even post a comment or two here or there. I’d really appreciate it. You’ll at least want to read this blog anyway just to see how I came up with that crazy title for it!
As I keep adding estimated completion times to my games, I keep adding to my current playlist of shortest games to play. Two I added, and then played right away this week, were Dark Void Zero and Attack of the Friday Monsters! A Tokyo Tale. I downloaded both of them onto my 3DS for $5 and $8 respectively.
I was down to around 25 free GB on my 360, and since I've been grabbing a lot of free games from Games with Gold, I decided it was time for a bigger hard drive. Got a 320 GB off Amazon for $44 and FedEx just delivered it. Now comes the fun part of transferring everything. The data cable I bought was used and didn't come with the utility disc, but I read somewhere that I don't need it. Hope that's the case.
Good morning Pixlbit Nation! It is a nice Friday morning here in my little section Southern California. Currently I have the WWE Network playing because my Grandfather really loves wrestling and he gets more use out of my subscription than I do. If you ever watch older Pay Per Views its like Bizarro World especially if you watch the current stuff but only started watching again for a year. Currently he’s watching 2013 Backlash and everything is different. I know you folks aren’t here for the wrestling talk (you should be) but anyways let’s get started with this edition of Quick Hits with Chris!
Jay's film has been out for a while now. Retro fans check it out if you can
Happy October, Pixlbit Nation! Today is a beautiful, sunny, cool day and I am revelling in cooler temperatures. Part of me is feeling a little guilty for not doing something outside, but the part of me that is recovering from the cold from hell just bitch-slapped the guilty part. My park job is done for the year, I'll start again at the beginning of April. In the meantime, I got a job at the local independent grocery store where I do most of my grocery shopping. Orientation is Sunday.
Hello. I am the Blake. You want to give me your kittens and other furry, cuddly mammals. I have commanded it, it has been commanded, and thus, my commands will come to fruition. If you need an example, I want these things:
Finally got a few of these. I really like them, especially the Cyborg perk.
If you were keeping up with the Joneses you might have listened to 50 Cent's Get Rich of Die Trying, played Madden NFL 2004 on PS2, read Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code, and saw Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. I only did one of those things, the last one. I'll tell you what was tops on my lists though.
Now the gamemaster must cause chaos and destruction! The gamemaster has spoken! Lol. Jk. I have greatly chilled out.
Yesterday I came up with a podcast that was called Media Monday. Couldn't be bothered to finish it. Here's what I might have said:
Hello all! Yes I am still alive. School has been rough not much for anything else but study study all the time. I did manage to play the first two Uncharted games during my summer semester and before the start of fall semester break. This is not a promise of a steady post but just a check on everyone.
Today started out like yesterday with a bagel from Einstein Bros. Bagels. Now I'm thinking I have to get totally clear of bagels. Too many calories and too much money spent.
Hey everyone! I haven’t been around here much, although I have been keeping up with most of your blogs. I really haven’t been helping out with the site or commenting too often, which is unfortunate. I miss being involved with PixlBit!
Pixlpeeps what is up! Happy Monday to you good people. Over the weekend I finally fired up my PS4. I think the last time I did that was a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been in a PS3 mood with college football in full swing and I started a new Dynasty Mode with a created team, The Long Beach State 49ers.
Started the day with a lovely egg bagel sandwich and coffee from Einstein Bros. Bagels.
