Hello everyone, how are you? Today I'll post my thoughts on the second recent DBZ movie called Resurrection F...

                                             DBZ Resurrection F

As the movie title implies, Frieza is back and stronger than ever. How? Well remnants of Frieza's army, led by a guy named Sorbet, head to Earth, in which they convince Pilaf, who just gathered the Dragon Balls, to use them to wish Frieza back to life. Unfortunately, Shenron can only bring back the pieces that Future Trunks cut up to life. So, Sorbet's henchmen take those pieces to reassemble Frieza back to normal.

Frieza, now back to normal, wants revenge on Goku, but unfortunately for him, he soon learns that Goku has gotten even more stronger since their last fight. So, Frieza decided to train, and after that training, he heads to Earth with his new army to seek out his revenge. But Goku nor Vegeta aren't on Earth, as they are training with Whis on the planet where Beerus lives. So Bulma manages to assemble 5 of the Z fighters to defend the planet.

DBZ Resurrection F

This movie seems to be more action packed than Battle of the Gods. It's still funny, but this one has more action and fight scenes. It's nice, fast-paced and really fluid. I really love it. I also love it that Master Roshi gets to fight again, and seems like he's been training because he can go head to head with space aliens.

We haven't seen him fight since Dragon Ball in the tournaments. Not sure about the other movies since I don't remember much. But it's nice to see him have a bigger role rather than just a character in a background. It's also great seeing everyone else fight too rather than just having minor roles. I felt like everyone else got enough screen time or just about right.

As for Frieza, I've always felt he was always one of the more menacing villains, despite Cell and Majin Buu being way stronger, but I guess it's due to the fact that his story arc might have been the longest. That might be it. Or it's that the stakes could be higher. That I don't know but it's nice seeing him back going head to head against Goku and even Vegeta. Even though I do like the Cell Games and the Majin Buu saga more.

It's great seeing Gohan too since he's probably my favorite DBZ character next to Vegeta and Future Trunks. He needs to train more. He was definitely at his peak during the Cell games in my opinion.

DBZ Resurrection F

I really love their new outfits.

So those are my thoughts on DBZ: Resurrection F. It's a great movie and has all the action you'd expect from DBZ. It's definitely worth a go if you want to check it out.

So thanks for reading and...

I'm not a big fan of DBZ, but the original Dragon Ball is one of my most favorite animes ever.  My favorite characters are Puar and the turtle.  I met the lady who does the voice of Young Trunks and Puar once.  She also does the voice of Spike the dragon from the My Little Pony cartoon.

Resurrection F is probably my favorite DBZ movie.

I'm trying to become Goku in real life, so I have no time to see it, but my friend Mark will likely have seen it. I'll have to ask him about it tomorrow.
