For those of you who were waiting for this you will not have to wait too much longer. The Borderlands 2 GOTY edition will drop October 11th. It will include;

Borderlands 2 Full Game
Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep
Psycho Pack (Krieg the Psyco)
Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack (Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode and Lv 61 lv cap,ammo & locker expansions, pearlesent weapons)
Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt
Premiere Club (2 golden keys, 2 exclusive starter guns, vault hunter relic)
Mechromancer Pack (Gaige the Mechromancer)
Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage
Creature Slaughterdome
Captain Scarlett and her Pirate’s Booty

Even at full price this is a sweet deal if you waited. But it will not include the additional dlc coming this fall which has still not been given a solid release date.

Sweet, man. A bunch of my friends play this and have been bugging me to get it for a while. Is this coming to steam or is it console only?

Yeah it really is a blast and with all the extras this version is deffinately worth getting. I'm not sure about Steam but the original version is available on PC so it only makes sense that they would put it on there.

That sounds like a really good deal, and seems like it would be a lot of content. October might be the right time for me to give Borderlands another shot. Thanks for the heads up! Do you know how much this version will cost?

I beleive the standard 59.95, but the season pass was $30 plus $10 each for Gaige and Krieg, plus the bonus content that was exclusive orignaly to those who preordered. So even at full price its a steal. Its already a pretty big game before you add in the extra maps, missions, and characters. Thats why I have been playing it almost nonstop for a year now,lol.
