I haven't heard that about the Goof Troop devs eventually becoming Flagstaff (though it is certainly possible) but I know that one of the main designers of the game was Shinji Mikami, who went on to creat Resident Evil a couple years later.

Oh yeah, I saw that about the Disney Afternoon Collection! I'm surprised it took them so long to bring it to Switch (if memory serves, it orginally came out around the same time that the Switch launched) but it's really cool that they are adding more games
I haven't paid much attention lately to what is coming out this year—I'm always so behind—but I have always been intrigued by the Fatal Frame games despite never playing one, so I'll have my eye on that remake that comes out.
It's funny that you mention the Mega Man Star Force collection because I just got the Battle Network collection earlier this month and I'm playing the first one right now. I never touched any of these back in the day but the sheer GBA-ness of the game gives me warm fuzzies.
Glad to see you blogging again!
Those dedicated emulation machines have gotten really impressive in recent years O_O
The Picross S games do go on sale sometimes but not very often and usually not for much of a discount, but I guess something is better than nothing.
Not surprised to see Hello Kitty getting your top honors! My wife and several of our kids have been playing it a bunch since Christmas.
Once we get a Switch 2, I definitely want Kirby Air Riders. I love what I've heard about how they expanded upon the original.
I'm looking forward to getting that Capcom Picross game eventually but next up is the Rune Factory one (what can I say, it went on sale first).
Man, I twitch when thinking about playing little bits of so many games lol. I have all the Game & Watch Gallery collections and the first one is my favorite of the original three (I do think G&WG4 on the GBA is the best of the bunch). I love the music for Octopus. I played that one the most, I think.
Eek the Cat had my favorite parody of the famous "Terror at 20,000 Feet" Twilight Zone episode. I hope that episode is available somewhere.
I was not aware of that...but I've also never seen Press Your Luck. It makes me sad that Eek the Cat seems so forgotten. That and Bobby's World.
I remember the Tick cartoon! Did you watch Eek the Cat? It aired around the same time.
