I actually did too. The only games I really wanted from the original Xbox were Ninja Gaiden/Black and Panzer Dragoon Orta, and the former game ended up on PS3 as Ninja Gaiden Sigma.

I forgot about Fire Emblem. I enjoyed Path of Radiance (and Radiant Dawn on Wii.)
Namco used to let you play games like Galaxian and Pac-Man on the loading screens of the first Ridge Racer and Tekken games on PS1.
2011 was kind of a lean year of gaming for me. The only games I really played that year were Dragon Quest VI DS, Mortal Kombat, Catherine, and Skyward Sword.
I celebrated my 21st birthday with a legal beer and Xenogears. A few days later I got the flu and was out of work for 2 weeks, so I finished Xenogears.
They're pretty interesting. They had BASIC built into them, and you could get a keyboard for them, although you could type BASIC commands using the numeric keypad the same way you could type text messages on an old cell phone. The cartridges were meant to look and fit into the machine like cassette tapes, and the machine had a storage bin for cartridges. The controller was kind of weird, being shaped like a pistol grip with paddles on the ends for Pong-style games. But back then, I'd probably have rather had an Astrocade than a 2600.
Daaaaaamn... I feel like I would be responsible for your mother being sold if this thing actually came out, LOL.
There were actually two of the 1970s "Scooby-Doo Movies" which had Scooby-Doo teaming up with Batman and Robin. I think the B&R movies were actually the pilots of the movie series. Batman and Robin were modeled after their appearance in the Hanna-Barbera "Superfriends" cartoon, and Robin was voiced by Casey Kasem (who also did Shaggy).
I think that the hard "good/evil" dichotomy is a product of the three Abrahamic religions.
KFC is actually considered to be fine dining in Japan and China. In Africa, eating at KFC is considered to be a status symbol.
I started in '07. Right before I finally found a Wii.
I haven't played Yakuza 1 (wasn't aware of Yakuza until long after it came out), Yakuza 5 (digital only on PS3, and mine is dead), or Dead Souls.
