I totally forgot about the DS's anniversary. Man, I can't believe it's been 10 years already. And you missed out on Ace Attorney AND Castlevania? Those are my two favorite franchises on DS. You definitely need to fix that.
That's a huge range and variety of media! I would find it interesting if you gave a breakdown of how many games you played for different systems. Just another statistic lol. By the way, did you actually finish The Thousand Year Door?
I like the Wii U a lot and the new Smash Bros. is just another great reason to own the system.

I didn't find the music from this last generation as memorable either, though there are exceptions, of course. You guys hit on my big one with Super Mario Galaxy. Looooove that music. Another one that comes to mind right away is Time and Eternity. Subpar RPG but a great soundtrack by Yuzo Koshiro.
It's the first time I've ever seen 360 games at Goodwill that were any good lol. And you should definitely try out Mass Effect. The story is really great, especially in that first game.
