Indeed. Not that I've played any of the King's Quest games, of course, but I can imagine. I've read about them lol

I haven't played all the Call of Duties—not even close—but I definitely agree about the story. The two subsequent Modern Warfares became increasingly ridiculous.

No free Games with Gold for me for now  I'm still getting games with PlayStation Plus though.
