Body Harvest is one of the few N64 games I'd like to play which I still haven't. Glad your games worked after all.

Thank you! That's exactly what I wanted to hear lol. I agree about the PS1 games though. I understand why they couldn't just throw them on the Blu-rays but surely it could not have cost much to print a CD with the games on it. As it is, seems like a bonus for buying new. It's hard to fault them for that but it keeps this from truly being the definitive collection of the series (if you don't count Snake's Revenge, MGS GBC, and the other PSP games, that is).
Many times I've read about what is in the collector's edition for different game and thought how cool it'd be to get it...but I'll be darned if I'm gonna pay $150 for a game, regardless of how many art books, soundtracks, or action figures it comes with lol (though if I had I lot more disposable income, that'd be a different story)
Yeah, you really have to hear it to appreciate how good it sounds.
I was a GameCube man, so I didn't get to play any of these (though I don't regret having just a 'Cube). I remember wanting to play Gunvalkyrie when it came out...but mainly, I think, because the main character on the cover really hot lol
I know! The quality of the samples is great and man, that remixer is deft at whatever program he's using. Impressive indeed
I know, I haven't played Chrono Trigger in years. We have the DS version, so I really don't have an excuse lol
You should! I have major respect for a lot of these remixers. Very talented folk. I tried my hand at this sort of thing years ago but it didn't turn out very well. Been meaning to have another go at it lately but haven't had the time.
The most impressive thing here, I think, is the coherence of the title
Haven't been playing much recently. We moved a couple weeks ago and work has been like "come here and let me strangle you!" But things are settling down some now. I'd love to get Ni No Kuni
Stick with Castlevania! That game is so good. I had to look up how to get to the real boss of the game though. You have to equip a specific set of souls and go to this one room (dang, I think it's been eight years since I played that lol). But I don't know if that's where you're stuck. Certainly plenty of possibilities. Hope you figure it out.
