I've always been intrigued by the Renaissance Fair but never been to one. Looks like fun

That's some good advice. I have a pretty massive backlog...something less than 300 games
Some of those are itch-type games and so maybe they shouldn't be in there but right now it's just everything we have that I haven't played. The main reason it got so big was that my wife and I got a 360, PS3, and PSP over the course of about a year and a half (after having just a Wii) and we just kind of went nuts buying games because there were...are...so many good ones that are really cheap now. It's been probably about a year since we reigned ourselves in but the damage was done lol. But I started using Backloggery.com in January and have made some really good progress on that massive pile of games this year. Check out my Backloggery page here if you wanna see it.
That sounds like a great idea. By pulling the best games from its history and adding online multiplayer, Nintendo could basically have as many killer apps as they want. I share your pessimism, though. They're doing some additional stuff with VC releases on Wii U (and charging more for them) but I'm not sure what it all entails and doubt online play will be one of those things
That sucks. I hate having things spoiled for me. For instance, my wife and I recently watched This Is 40, which is a fairly funny movie, but the daughter is watching through Lost and when she finishes it she blurts out the ending. To the entire series. As someone who hasn't gotten around to watching Lost yet but was looking forward to watching it at some point, that made me really mad. And if someone is just letting spoilers fly out of spite, then the hammer needs to come down on them for sure.
Looking forward to having some motivation to finally play this game
Suikoden 2 sure sounds good
I played and finished Hotel Dusk but ultimately didn't like it too much, I think because it's kind of depressing overall. But it's pretty cool as a game. Love those pencil sketch character portraits.
Cool beans, man! I've been hoping they go a different direction with the next Call of Duty. Hope this pans out.
Dang, I really want to play this since I loved Dishonored but my 360 hard drive is small and full. Gotta make some room on it. Well, and then I need some money to buy this DLC with...
Ugh. Inspections. Sorry to hear that, man. Sounds like you're definitely enjoying that PSP though. I wanna get the Ys games but with so many other PSP games to play, I'm not sure when that will be.
Feel free to blog whatever you want. Just blog about games too lol
I see that sneenlantern recommended the Foundation series above and you said you have it. Read it! Asimov is my favorite author and the Foundation series, particularly those first three books, is my favorite thing he wrote. Really really great.
I haven't heard of Homestruck but I'll have to check it out. Not sure when I'll have time for a big investment like that but we'll see
