The Portals of LEGO Dimensions

Posted on 12/09/2015 at 12:32 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I don't really like having to go online to read instructions, though.  I did figure out about where to put the characters on the pedestal so you can play their levels, but it took a while to figure it out and I don't remember them telling you how to do that in the game.

Yes, being able to use any figure pretty much anywhere you want is a plus.  That's something that LEGO Dimensions and Skylanders does right.  The licenses are awesome, though, I do agree with that.

Yeah LEGO stuff in general is expensive.  That's why I usually only play the games.  I used gift certificate money to pay for this one.  Thanks for reading!

I'm surprised there aren't more products like that.  There's not very much Gravity Falls merchandise, that's for sure.

YOUR Pretend Present is a grappling hook!  If you like the cartoon, you'll understand that joke.

Pixlbit Questionaire #11

I think my first handheld was an arcade cabinet-shaped Pac-Man LCD game.

I wasn't impressed with the Game Boy at first.  I could already play Tetris on my PC, and I couldn't understand why anyone would want to play on such a tiny green screen.  The first game that really showed me there was a future in handheld gaming was Link's Awakening, which ended up being my top favorite Zelda game of all time.

Most of the time, Nintendo ruled my handheld gaming time.  I did get into a lot of PSP games, but there was one time that I liked a handheld better than Nintendo's.  And that was the Neo Geo Pocket Color.  I thought that SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters Clash was better than Pokemon!

I Finally Finished Journey

Journey was a neat game, but I guess I didn't like it as much as everyone else.  It's just a game about a ketchup bottle walking through the desert. :)

Skylanders Sale at Gamestop Continues

I'm glad I've been able to review all the Skylanders games.  Too bad you didn't get the Wii U and 3DS versions.  They come with Donkey Kong and Bowser Skylanders!
