I think so, but I've never actually played that game.

Ragnarok did remind me of Secret of Mana a bit.
That mouse ate your cheynne pepper powder? That must be Super Mouse! He's probably breathing fire by now. Just what you need, a fire breathing mouse!
Post 16-bit? Probably Mario 64. I had a N64 for a couple of years before I even got a PSOne. The 3-D in Mario 64 was pretty amazing at the time.
I rented this once. I never really liked the R-Type games. They were hard, but not in a fun way. There was one on the PS2 that was all right, though.
I can't remember if it's on the DS collection or not, but I always like Gyruss. My brother Jeff loved playing Circus Charlie on the PSOne Konami collection. Time Pilot is awesome.
I've always loved cel shaded graphics. I was even excited for Wind Waker when everyone else was like, 'ew, cartoon Zelda.' I think Wind Waker is one of the best looking GameCube games. I like a lot of other cel shaded games, too. And Okami was amazing.
The one thing that makes Namco Museum DS worth owning is Pac-Man Vs.
