I have both Gears Games and would love some 1uppers to play Left 4 Dead 2 with. I can do PS3 and Xbox and am willing to buy a game I don't have to join in the fun. Mon after 10pm and Wed after 11pm are good for me since i work 2nd shift.
Congrats! I agree with you on the Vita. It's great as a standalone console.
Remember to play Infamous. I love that game. It's open world and truly makes me feel like a superhero.
I picked this up sometime last year on PS3 and it ended up in my backlog. I bought it because of the story and heard the graphics were superb. I will have to go back and play this soon.
I've been very curious about this game, when I can find it for 20-30.00 I will definitely pick it up and give it a shot.
Very heartfelt blog. I agree. Some of the same thoughts have crossed my mind in the past week. I am trying to read and comment on blogs more. I also plan on blogging at least once a month. It's not much, but it's a start.

Worst for me: Some friends and I had a hotel room in DC for some conference we were doing. Guy got drunk and fell on the cooler on the bed. My bed. Did I mention it was a styrofoam cooler full of melted ice. The mattress was soaked through.
It was the NES for me too. Super Mario/Duckhunt. My brother is 14 years older than me. He left to join the Air Force when I was 5 years old. I always looked forward to him coming in to visit. He would play games with me. I will always remember playing Rygar on the NES with him one weekend. We left the system on for 2-3 days until we finally beat it.
Count me in. I think that is a great idea. I wasn't around at 1up when you did it before, but it sounds like a lot of fun.
I'm in for Bioshock Infinite and God of War.
Tomb Raider looks awesome, but I am waiting until after it releases. It reminds me of Uncharted/Resident Evil 6. So far to me, it looks like another somewhat linear, blockbuster action game.
