Finally we get to the meat of the year, the games that came out in 2014 that I actually played.
Hello again Pixlbit im blogging from Houston Texas cant play any ps3 or 360 sice im a 100 miles from home but when I get back I got two games im looking forward to playing.
CNN) - Sony's PlayStation and Microsoft's Xbox Live gaming networks experienced widespread problems on Christmas Day as a hacker group claimed responsibility for what it said was an attack.Hundreds of users took to Twitter to report problems with the systems, which lasted much of the day."With the #Xbox hacking shutdown going on I'm watching my 15 year old nephew meltdown: 'I've got nothing else to do!!!!'" Jim Crilley Jr. wrote on the social messaging site.The problem persisted for hours, but Thursday night Xbox Live briefly posted a message on its support website saying: "Were you having a hard time signing in to Xbox Live? If so, we're glad to say we've reached a solution! You can once again sign in without any issues. Thanks for hanging in there while we worked. We appreciate it!"But many PlayStation users were still having difficulty logging on to their network.
Ok so after checking I can get all of these on digital or one on disc so im thinking of getting these for a total of $73 I mean of course I would rather have disc but Alien Isolation is on sale for like $24 so whats your thoughts on this I mean I really want Evil Within and Alien Isolation and each one is $50 used on disc but digital mmmmm.
My Christmas present to me today was Rollers of the Realm and The Secret World from Steam. We didn't buy any physical presents this year because we really can't afford it.
The last decade in gambling history is characterized among many things also by the rise of progressive jackpot games. Simply put, these games offer a huge bang for the buck for players as they possess the biggest payouts, with ordinary prizes ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands and millions on a regular basis.
After thinking about randomly selecting old games to play during holidays, and reading a lot of old D&D stuff, I came up with an interesting idea. Why not make a monster encounter table for games. I used the genres listed at allgame.com (when it was up), and the stats I came up with few month ago on my gaming habits. The result is below.
I do this every year since I was at 1up, I had to remove some videos cause they don't work but I added new holiday classics or some of my other favorites I forgot to include in the past. So here are some holiday cartoons to keep you entertained, think of it as a present from me to you.
I could sit here and talk on and on and on about how much I love Big Finish productions. I don't really have the time or patience at the moment, so I will leave you a link. If you consider yourself a fan of Doctor Who, I recommend spending the $15 on the bundle.
@asrealasitgets Top 10 List of 2014.
10. Endless Legend (PC)
One of the many games that weren’t on my radar this year but then captivated me after playing it was Endless Legend, the Civ style, Empire building/management simulator set on an alien planet. I was particularly drawn in by the beautiful visuals and the many options for starting races-- they all seem so unique with their own lore, histories and motivations for colonization. The planet you inhabit can be particularly hostile, complete with seasonal weather cycles that look really amazing. The whole game map seems impassible when it’s covered in snow during the winter, there even seems to be less light as well just to make things more visually interesting. I don’t normally play these types of games and I had to visit several forums and wiki pages to figure out all the nuances in order to make a dent on my progress in the game. There is a very handy tutorial in the beginning that does a good job of leading you in to the game, but it honestly requires a bit more research than that which I didn’t mind doing. The game is just very beautiful. If a game in this genre managed to pull me away from MMOs and backlogs then it deserves a mention on my top ten of 2014!
Just as promised, here's the second blog of my recount and just in time for Christmas Eve.
is in my shopping cart for $2.99. For some weird reason, I'm holding off on buying it for the time being.
Second in my recap of the gaming I did in 2014. It'll all end with my GOTY pick in part three.
I was disappointed with the last week of the holiday sale and had loaded my wallet with $25 bucks in anticipation of something good.
Phase One of my Winter Sale shopping on Steam is done, using my Steam Wallet's $20 given to me by a friend. Essentially, I got these all for free.
It has been a long time. Life has been good, filled to the brim with work, Destiny, and not much else. Thankfully, I may have finally reached the point that I am moving away from Destiny. With nearly 144 hours logged into the game since it launched, I think it is about damn time. Do you have any idea the games that I have missed because of Destiny... well it was a lot.
