Didn't do much today. It's was one of those days where no matter how much I could do, yet I ended up just procastinating... on Reddit no less haha. Barely even played the Witcher, or Smash.
It’s New Carnival Games for DS. I’m still in the park playing the games for big prizes.
I had to deal with a lot of shit today. Mainly Facebook Ads being dumb and transitioning into a new/old place. Also, Super Bowl food hangover.
This one will probably be short. I have such a killer headache and my thought process is just gone on a majoriety of things. I got all my car stuff done today, oil change, inspection, and registration. I think its the cause of my headache -_-
Nintendo makes a fucking Piranha Plant fighter for Smash Bros but doesn’t bother doing WaLuigi? What the hell, House Of Mario???
Yesterday while getting supplies for my little Super Bowl lunch the local grocery store was full of Rams jerseys. I live in Southern California, which I like to call the Bandwagon Capital of the USA because during the NBA Finals there were a ton of Golden State Warriors jerseys. Anyways after yesterday’s game I will probably see the same amount of people back to wearing Cowboys/Raiders jerseys. Congrats Patriots fans!
Last summer and into the fall I took a deep dive into Sega Genesis music. Surely there is good Genesis music, despite the system's lousy audio reputation, right? I'm sure I only scratched the surface but the answer is definitely YES. My favorite, possibly, is the Elemental Master soundtrack, which I'll be sharing a track from each day this week. Enjoy!
Morning everyone! So, it's Monday and my brother's wedding is over. It was a really great night and we all enjoyed ourselves. As is to be expected, we all drank a bit too much and yesterday was a really rough day. I think I mentioned last time that the wedding was in Connecticut, so it was a 2 hour trek home yesterday morning and I was both exhausted and my stomach was a wreck.
So Matt Snee suggested that I should post some of the stuff that I usually share with him on Discord. Took me a few days, but I'm finally doing it.
Get your stylus' out, it's more New Carnival Games on DS.
So Im a little late on posting but I will be here for BAD this year. Ill probably mostly post random stuff and I do have some blogs to do on specific games. Im not 100% about weekend posting yet but I guess Ill figure that out as I go!
Here we are, February first and I've got nothing special for Blog-a-Day. Oh well, I guess I'll give it a try anyway, against my better judgment. The response to my earlier blog was pretty encouraging. So here's BaD #1!
It’s February and so, in my plan, it’s the decade of the 1910s. I’m reading various books that summarize the events of the decade this month and thinking about gaming and what people might have done to game during those years. I stumbled across the midway at carnivals.
Good morning and hello BaD. Like I said I was going to wing it when it comes with the theme for this year and when I was brushing my teeth it hits me, I always start the day with music so why not share what I am listening to? Since it is the First of the Month…
I'm still playing INTO THE BREACH on PC, one of the best strategy games to ever release, ever! I sometimes go through a phase where I only want to play a particular type of game. I'm also replaying through Fire Emblem Awakening on 3DS and really want to replay XCOM, Resonance of Fate and that new Mario+Rabbids game on Switch. Into the Breach has it's hooks into me dangit! It's got mechs, monsters, its art style is isometric and GAMEBOY ADVANCED looking.
Have you tried Into the Breach?
Alright guys, I'm going to try to get down with BaD this year. I have no idea if I'll be successful with it, but here goes nothing.
