Sorry to hear about your dad, Ryan. Mine dropped dead of a heart attack six years ago this past Valentine's Day at the age of 62. I still really miss him, and he's been on my mind a lot lately.

Have fun on your trip. I flew alone from New Hampshire to Seattle with my nephew when he was two. I had one carry-on, he had three, lol. Luckily, he was a pretty good-natured, well-behaved little guy and it was fairly painless for most of the trip. I spent most of my time entertainling him, so gaming would have been impossible for me, had I even had a handheld at the time.
Since I have neither console, I'm afraid I will be of little help to you. When I travel, I usually take my trusty DS Lite with me and Civilization Revolution. I love world domination on the go.
Not having a Wii, I can't comment on your choice. If we're counting fun as the biggest factor, then my favorite game of the generation would have to be Little Big Planet.
I was pretty psyched to see Season 3 pop up on Netflix, too. I also really liked the Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes series that came out in the 80s.
Gotta love broken updates! Happens to me with Microsoft all the time.
Congrats. Jason's brother and sister-in-law have had two Maltese. I don't believe they're dogs, though. I think they're muppets pretending to be dogs. I didn't like the first one, but Echo is a real sweetie, even if he's a muppet pretending to be a dog.
I really liked the Tomb Raider reboot, but I wasn't all that much of a fan of the original. I preordered Tales of Symphonia Chronicles with the last of my Christmas Amazon gift card money and I can't say that I'm sorry I did. If Id waited, I'd probably have spent the money on something else and would have regretted not getting it.
Jason says he's like an angry, foul-mouthed muppet. Guy Smiley on meth, maybe?
