I loved adventure games as a kid. Played a lot of Sierra games. Missed out on the LucasArts ones though... don't know why.

I forget what the series is called but there are books that examine development of individual games. I always wanted to read the one about KOTOR.

It was two miniseries, based on the books by Herman Wouk - Winds of War and War and Remembrance. They're very good. High production values. They don't make TV like that anymore, and they seldom made TV like that back then.
