Getting bargain bin comics is always fun for me. I get to check out a new series without much financial risk and there are usually some old video game ads within. These are from two issues of the comic Terra about a female hero who can control rocks.

MKvsDC

Mortal Kombat Vs DC Universe. I'm not into fighting games but when there is a story mode, I get interested; and now that I've discovered the story was written by Justin Gray and Jimmy Palmiotti, writers on my favorite run of Jonah Hex comics around the same time as this game, I'm REALLY interested. In fact, I got this ad from a Gray/Palmiotti written Terra comic. I don't think this game is available on Xbox Series S|X though. Maybe back compat on Xbox One, but I still have my 360 so maybe I'll find a copy of the game.

TNAimpact

I've never heard of TNA Impact but then again, I don't usually pay attention to wresting games. It seems like it was just ok. Now, if Dave Bautista was in it, I'd get interested.

PSP

A 2-page PSP add showcasing a lot of games. I like that silver PSP. My current PSPs have all lost their batteries due to not being used. I think I can still play them plugged in though.

DBZinfiniteworld

Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World was one of those very late PS2 games. It didn't get very good reviews either. I'd be interested in it if was more of an adventure game; make an open world RPG of Dragon Ball Z, and I'm all in.

I actually enjoyed MK vs DCU, even though the games subsequent to that have been better.

I'm going to see if my local game shop has it in stock.

Man, I've never even heard of that PS2 DBZ game!

I think on a pretty regular basis about playing something on my PSP but never get around to it. That was a great system.

I remember being very into it for a short while. My friend and I both had them originally and we played the entirety of Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade co-op over the wireless network. It worked pretty well, only disconnecting occasionally when I bumped the wifi switch on the side of the PSP.
