As much as I belly-ached about Valentine's yesterday, it was mostly in jest. I had my own fun with the love of my life, food. Mmm Little Ceasar's. Funny how what's a "cheat day" for me now is totally within my calorie limits. It's just the carbs that get me. Why do I do these things? Because I want a six pack just once in my life. I know that's genetic, but I do think I'm genetically ok to get one should I lose enough body fat. The running is definitely helping as I actually lost weight after Friday's binge and was one hundred and ... wait for it ... 69 pounds on Valentine's Day! How appropriate.
