Both Mark and I are still chasing achievements in the Bedrock edition of Minecraft on Xbox One. I got the Map Room one, among others, and spent a lot of time on the On a Rail one. 

This is the first half of my amiibo collection. I don't have many but these are my favorites so far. 

I got these Overlord figures at a convention last year. I only wish they had the overlord himself as well, but I don't think one exists. 

I got to chasing achievements again in Minecraft, this time in the Bedrock Edition recently added to Xbox One. 

I played the Ever Oasis demo on 3DS. It's short, like 30 minutes or so but it gives you the idea of the game. You're the oasis chief and are tasked with growing and improving the oasis before a dark force can come and destroy it. New people appear in the Oasis and ask you to do things to help them. If you do, they will join the Oasis and start a shop that grows from a plant. This draws in more potential citizens. 

I had some time to kill before a family get together so I dropped by Round 1 and played a few arcade games. 

I played three games today: Minecraft, Horizon Zero Dawn and Crimson Skies. 

I saw Mark in Minecraft today, so I had to jump in there and drive him totally nuts. It was like a sitcom. New guy enters the house and messes things up while the other guy is down in the mine. He returns and goes nuts. 

Not the game series, but serious gaming burnout. I must've played a dozen games and quit them one after another about an hour in. Each one annoyed me in a different way, but mostly because I'm kind of stressed out right now with various deadlines associated with school and my job. I also played a bunch of tower defense. That's always something I go to when I can't get into anything else. I'll list the titles. 

So, because Gamestop doesn't take figures used anymore, there aren't bins and bins of them at crazy low prices like there used to be. So I've been very choosey at the current price of $15. I've only got what really caught my eye, and Imaginators in general aren't my favorite. So I only got two regular figures not in level packs.
