My friend just saw one on eBay that he might get. I'll get to see it firsthand.

Yeah, ActRaiser. Love that game.
I played Scramble a lot in the arcades but really hated the tunnel aspect of it and the forced scrolling. I was always bumping into ground and ceiling. I don't think I saw Super Cobra in my area. I don't remember playing it.
I like those flames on the helmet.
I love the idea of the "god game" but I'm not sure if I've really every played one. I remember wanting to play Spore but it was on PC. I have a Wii version of that, Spore Hero, I still haven't played. I also have this game Reus on my Xbox right now I still haven't got to.
I've been watching my friend play this for a while now, and since it's now on Game Pass, I will play it this weekend.
I noticed the design by multiplayer in Borderlands 3 just like you said for Doom Eternal. Every battle area feels like an arena and you are never able to use cover because the nature of an arena means you will be constantly outflanked. I don't like that.
I loved the story in Doom 2016, surprisingly, because I don't care much to know the story in Doom games. I hope I get into this one's story, despite it leaving an unexplained gap.
I noticed my friend having to unlock unlimited ammo for weapons, or some such thing. Eventually he was playing the game as if on god mode and having a lot of fun with it. I also noticed some platforming stuff, which I generally don't like. I hope that's not too annoying - platforming in a Doom game, what's the world comign to. Ha ha.
Good to hear from you. I started having a few issues at 47 like needing reading glasses. My Dr. said that's when he started needing them too.
I don't like that MS dumbed down the discless XBS. It's essential to me to have the best hardware inside. As for storage, I'm am constantly filling up my 1TB drive on my Xbox One. I'm considering an external drive, but I'm beginning to not mind just redownloading games whenever I need them. I can usually do it through my phone at home and they'll be installed on my XBO when I get to my friend's place on the weekend. I'm used to it now. I wonder, though, how much wear and tear that has on the hard drive.
I watched my friend play this a ton. I remember wanting top play it and inFamous at the time, but I didn't get to either of them.
I feel weird buying digital unless a game is really, really cheap. I just don't feel that digital copies are really copies I own, so they should be cheaper. But I don't need to own a lot of games anyway right now. I'd like to pair down my physical collection to only my very favorite games.
I think that day, I was just hungry to buy something. I'd been to several Gamestops and couldn't find the one game I wanted, so I took advantage of the sale just to have something. Now I'm wondering. How do I put these things in my Xbox to make them play?
